Every vehicle must complete an approved initial detail before entering the program. Maintenance appointments are designed to preserve an already-detailed vehicle and are not a replacement for deep cleaning or restoration services.
Excessive pet hair, heavy staining, bodily fluids, excessive debris, or other conditions beyond normal maintenance may require additional service. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before work begins.
